I looked upon my love with devotion - her on home soil - arms stretched up an obelisk that giant's brought from Africa. Humorously it fell over in recent times and was re-erected by more ordinary beings. I love how we have travelled apart. Up, up the isle of this fair land - into waters - using fraudulence to experience all the juice and to hear how Tūhoe were so poorly represented, are so poorly portrayed. Then - the day - the hours of squiring up to the big bird. We, tired little humans - pulling oracles from the airport floor - like tying our love and destiny together with etherial string - like a gift for the future. None of us know whats in store - but its good - something divine has taken place and I for one will never be the same. The longest flight - the longest night - then a breather, then a hug from a sister - your brother and father - eldest together again with childhood Goosie. I get included in a bigger family and am quietly sobbing while being quietly ok with all of this. The radio played on on through the night to keep me awake - the lake pulled tears from me and I swam to the pale of fear - deep - a way out where I told you I didn’t like to go.We do not need to overwhelm ourselves - can take a care that says - ground down - find yourself quietly - watch the voices in your head - and do not lay upon your bed in sorrow - move and include the parts that want you - and are you. You told me my glumness, my loneliness are my sharpest gifts - I do believe you - your words feeding my soul - bring me up to my full potential as you are there on the other side of the world feeling, feeling - everything you know and everything that is waiting for you - this magic making, spell breaking is coming upon both our lives and I really only have gratitude right now - really only joy in our decision to be apart - be given - be love, and till we meet again - the tether of our souls will play in endless ecstasy - my love, my one, my all.
