Please let me out
I want to go with you on a long journey to no where – where I will be seen and heard and taken pleasure in. No where is where I want to be – with you – skies, forest, desert, ocean – it really doesn’t matter – so long as its nowhere I choose and nowhere with you. Your clear blue eyes – falling through me – in total surprise I enter your world – your spacious, gracious and oh so delightful star spangled canvas – alone in your box we find a rhythm quite all of our own and secrets are told without words. I want to have no edges, no boundaries to explore with you. Down into the serpents lair – yellow eyes on black and the monstrous devouring that comes with being liberated – consumed whole to move through the underworld – undetected – twin and twined – at birth we were cast asunder – but our days were numbered- and so we meet again – I the golden child – you the black serpent – ever resplendent in your scales. One night were betrothed and I had to clean you, clean me – seven layers deep lay the disguise – but unwrapped you were – soft child - now clinging to my body – impossible to separate – and why? One day perhaps things will unravel again and my scales too shall be lifted, but here now in this power of desire I rest – not wanting to step one foot outside – but inside, inside you – a longing to be met – a pale moon set – the bed only a figment of a much vaster imagination – the whole and the parts all constellating waiting to be put together by love – by breathing - by anything except my mind. Roll over dear and let me see your face again – let me be pieced by your looks and smile. Bite and snarl at me for beyond the door I let you go free – me – free – the tree waiting – the orange glow already saying – there is more adventure yet.
