Crystaline
The way the sun streams down the steps on to the bed of Autumn leaves - oak, maple, silver birch and wattle. There I step up to my tree, press my forehead against the bark and breath. What comes next is the sweet maple syrup odour and then my lips upon her bark bidding her good morning, love, thanks and adieu. This simple life of walks, trees, ocean, writing is not really so simple. It’s full of chaos and children, business pressures, study, service to others and trying to remain fidel to my heart which has a lot to say right now. I have less to utter, and thats good. Listening and feeling - then moving - saying a quiet no to something or someone - then moving out to the sea to sit quietly in silence though the sandflies have found a way in to bite my paws. There is nothing that needs doing, there is a world arising unto itself and I am apart of it. Am not separate - do not need a plan for how all of this will work out - rather a trained ability to sit still in the uprising - note it’s tones, sing along and at times stand up and sing my piece - my beautiful song. We are we - we are group - we are reverberating together - souls from distant galaxies all starting to resound together - find each other and hum more vigourously. We are one - we are many - we try as we best can to let go our singular individuality. I try to let loose my addiction to my personality and we then just hold hands and feel - this new world poking up like daisies - like all the wild pioneer weeds that are so necessary to path the way for the tress that will surely come to adapt to this new world that is coming. You are right when you point me to my soul - I am right when I own my truth - we, together find ways and means to edge each other closer to our perceived edge of oblivion. But as we know now - the dark, black holes are generative - give birth to stars and more - so why are we still afraid to let go into our bigger selves? Let the acorn fall, crack, die - then become what it came here to be. We are far too big for a small yard. We have come to build a forrest.
