 Begin again

It doesn’t have to be perfect. Good enough. Now, put it out there and begin. Again and again I struggle to do just that – begin. The universe has called and I struggle to answer – caught in the hubris of my mind – will I be good enough? Acceptable enough? Does not matter. Today, this day, a good enough day to begin that one thing in your heart that needs you, that is begging you to just start. Start where you feel vulnerable, where you do not know the answers. Start where it feels – where it is alive. There is a seat of wisdom there that transcends the doubting mind. You. Can. Do. It. Say that again: you, precious one – one worth this – this whole enormous endeavour of your life is seeding forth whether you like it or not – it is the way of things: birth, growth, seed, death – re-birth. And the seeds are ready to drop – to float in this new millennium air – to be carried by just the right about of breeze and land exactly where they will – which is not a care for you. For you here – just start. Start with what is near your heart - the one thing. The one thing that matters to you – really matters – no lists – no over thinking. Move with your instinct - the thing that comes easily to you – your child, animal body loves what it loves – you do not need to change anything – just start – knowing, knowing that whatever comes of this endeavour is not your responsibility – just begin – that is yours to do – the rest is too much to burden you with. This, this New Year gift of lightness, is breath – is clean, clear – being-ness. Use it. Use it today – write the one email – start the one conversation you have been dying to have -  Lets see where it leads. Leads you, to you own precious gift – you, the one we give Meta for, you the focus of your own living kindness today.
