When we abide in me as I in you - the branch cannot bear fruit unless it is with the tree - of life and death - of all that makes us. When we do not stay close to love, we begin to die - to fall into states of forgetting who we really are - fractals of life - the shooting star amazes us - the glint of life - light years away passages directly to our soul and we are for a moment - captured by the primordial life that we are. So how to live Justice? How to live Love? We spend too long considering the words that we forget the being - the energy required to radiate the truth of the written expression. Don’t get me wrong. Words count a lot - they are the harbingers of meaning - and yet we must go on a step further and ask: how shall I then live? What will I move and change? Take on and let go for this great being? I do not have the answers as I sit at this old desk with its green felt finery and a little memento of you in all its crevices - I wonder when life with you would be more shared - more one - not our separate things - not our separate selves - something in that- and yet maybe never - maybe just my patriarchal tendency. But beneath it a longing for full consummation - a life lived as if there were no other - and no other to go to - no door kept ajar - no badgering up - suring up myself for a safety against loss - I don’t know where I am going with this - just a muse as your life continues to twine with mine - a fine thing it is indeed and all by myself I choose you - chose yes when others might sway me. I stand as an oak tree - here for the duration of my days as stout and thick and lonely as ever - and as pining and adoring and wet with sap for you as ever - mouth upon wet mouth - face crushed into face - fingers hurting with clenched embrace - this is how we love - and deeper still I will distill my love for you - the homeopathic high dose rate - to the air less air of the mountains in Tibet I will climb for you - I am.
